White Eyeliner & Lady GaGa

I’m not sure but I think I want to embrace the runway white eyeliner trend. See below on Jac – the “top model” of Paris Fashion week.

I really want to do it. It’s so glam and yet ethereal? Where does one find white eyeliner?
